humidity

ok, i have a humidity question, in the tank a 29 gal aquarium w/o vents using a 100 watt day and night bulb the humidity during the day stays 40-50% but at night it can get to 60-65% and i have read that is too high, i live in central oklahoma if you need to know are these levels ok? and if not what do i do to fix them? thanks
