IF you happen to be travelling in a really nice state that actually has rest stops...you have no troubles at all,,,pee,,drinks,,snacks...(southern ,eastern usa....)...
as for Pa....NO rest stops..and alot of "sorry,no public restrooms ".....
new jersey is pretty good for store restrooms..
we always try McDonald's....
and then ...like mentioned..no public....use the back doorway or the dumpsters....(outside of dumpsters)...
girls...dont' try this at home...

(as for private yard bushes...watch it....I once was walking towards a guy peeing in the neighbors bushes...I just happened to have a big pitch fork in my hands....)...(good for him a carload of other guys came by looking to kick his butt(or get their money back)...and he ran away fast...LOL
