I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure you need to be a retailer to buy from them. They may have changed that policy though since I last dealt with them.

Btw, stay away from them, far away. You'd be better off shaping cow dung into your favorite herps than buying from JP Pets. More often than not many things were wrong with orders. After about 6 months I crossed them off of my wholesaler list completely.
