ball want eat need to know....

OK my ball is like 3 years old I think and he stopped eatting like 4 months ago and Im just asking but not to sure on it I want do it if you say not to but I have some jump start and don't know if it is ok for snakes. I use it on my lizards. I have him in a 50 gallon tank and I feed him mice but I just want to know if there is a jump start for snakes. If you say take to vet I know I have a vet but she is like 5 hours away from me. For got the name and number of the place.
