Litoria splendida in asia?

We in America do not have access to this species at all. There was an export ban placed on all reptiles and amphibians in Australia, as far as I know, none made it out to be captive bred. Now I am sure I could breed them I breed L. Caerulea, but there aren't any in the U.S, and people here really like them. If there are any in Asia, that is if they are available there, let me know. Preferabley by E-mail.
