1. vermiculite and perlite can cause intestinal blockage if ingested. It might be better to get rid of the soil and just use moss.
2. humidity should be around 60-75%. Mist daily to keep the desired humidity. Keep on side of the enclosure drier so the tree frog has a choice.
Remove feces whenever you see them and clean the enclosure about once every two weeks. Rinse the moss thoroughly or replace it every 4 weeks or so. You can also put a shallow container with water.
Dust the feeders with calcium every 2 weeks or so.
