Dear Sir/Madam July 25th 20000

We are an Australian owned and operated firm that has been established in the Philippines for over 15 years. I am writing this letter to you in the hope to encourage your interest in our proposal as follows. I am very pleased to advise you that we have reached final negotiations on our chosen site within the Clark Economic Zone for the countries first professionally established Reptile Park to be established inside the former US Clark Airbase not far from the infamous Volcano Mt Pinatubo. This area is now developing as a major tourist attraction for both locals and international tourists alike.

All imports and exports are tax and duty free profits will only attract a 5% tax on net
after five (5) years. The proposed site is 10 hectares (25 acres) in total with the
landscape on the site nothing short of stunning. The site is within the regions largest and most popular tourist resort, the lay of the land is very flat with no flooding.

The Fontana Leisure Resort and Country Club and Alliance Consultancy have reached agreements for us to design and establish a Camel Safari travelling up to the slopes of Mt Pinatubo and as an added attraction to design and build the required housing for a reasonably sized reptile park and proposed petting zoo .

Currently the Fontana enjoys around 2,000 to 3,000 guests per weekend with mid week trade picking up but obviously lesser patronage.

Fontana have studied our Camel safari, petting zoo and reptile park proposal and have agreed to
construct the required facilities in a joint venture on the proposal for only 20% ownership.

We are urgently seeking an investing partner as Fontana wants us to provide a good range of reptiles , expertise, management and petting zoo animals for (aprox) 80% ownership of the business.
This we believe is a fantastic opportunity. Alliance will take 20% ownership with the
supplier of expertise and reptiles owning the majority at 60%.
With the right investor we can start this project immediately.
I mention this project will be side by side to the Water Park, proposed IMAX and
Casino/Hotel (500 rooms) .
Perhaps you may wish to become involved, it looks like being a very profitable and
interesting venture.

The Fontana group is in communication with us almost daily as they want to be sure we can get this project started before Christmas.

We only need a supplier or capital for the Reptiles & petting zoo animals, transportation and expertise, we can make this happen.

We believe the site is absolutely ideal. The area is mostly open grass land, almost
park like and we can envision a beautiful BBQ and picnic area, here we can include
tame baby along with maybe some Llama, Shetland ponies, kangaroos and emus,
talking cockatoos, deer etc, which we are able to source from Australia for the
petting zoo, this would certainly increase projected profits as a reasonable gate
charge would be applied.

The area is on one of the main roads inside Clark which on weekends is particularly
busy, passing trade would most certainly attract kiddy camel and pony rides and obviously patronage to the Reptile Park .
Marketing of this unique business will be ever so easy from this area and
Fontana agree to cover the cost of massive national marketing.

Within 1 a mile from the proposed site are several massive duty free supermarkets,
which attract local tourists from all over the Philippines. The site is located only 1
mile from the airport. Within walking distance there are two McDonalds a Jollibee
fast food and several other food outlets and commercial centers. We are now even
more excited about the potential of this fantastic opportunity and the Township of
Angeles is buzzing about its potential to perhaps be the first true form of eco-tourism.

My purpose in writing to you is to encourage you to consider becoming our partner, by investment or supplying the Reptiles, finance for the Australian wildlife and expertise, as investment in a joint venture. Our estimated cost projections result in an overall project cost of approximately US$60,000.00 in total (including stock and
air freight) with a return on investment in approximately 2 years, final spreadsheet
figures will be available once we have ascertained serious intent by you as investor
partner. The marketing potential is enormous and only limited by imagination we
have encouraged interest by several local companies as, these sponsorships will , we expect increase profitability substantially.

Please advise soonest should you have further interest.
Kind regards,
Robert P Sullivan
Partner
