for the Elaphe ssp. and the small lizards,its no problem for export if u are able to find a supplier.
for elongated tortoises and alligator sinensis, forget about it.alligator sinensis is listed in CITES appendix I and is HIGHLY protected by the China government.u will NEVER be able to import this species in your lifetime(unless u belong to a zoo).
for Cuora pani and mccordi,i don't think u will be able to find one as they are EXTREMELY rare now,especially for Cuora Mccordi,they are almost extinct.if u are lucky to find one,u have to pay at least USD 1000 each for pani and USD 2000 each
for Mccordi.
