yes- a fine specimen of Naultinus elegans punctatus! NZ's reptiles are seriously threatened by increased predators and habitat loss due to cutting and global warming.A recent bit of bad news concerns stewart island which is now known to have stoats which could threaten possibly the worls most spectacularly patterned gecko Hoplodactylus rakiurae.This is the 2nd most southerly gecko in the world I believe.note that ALL NZ reptiles are absolutely protected! Many NZ geckos offered overseas
are smuggled!
