They are the same animal but maybe just a different combination of albinos. what i mean is, if you have an albino okeetee it will look somewhat different from an albino miami phase (candycane cornnsnake). cornsnakes have a wide range so even normal phases look different. the amount and the intensity of the yellow,red, or black pigments may vary from each local. hope it helped !!!
