Fungus On Eastern Long necked turtle

I have recently acquired an eastern long necked turtle and he has what I am pretty sure is a fungus on his feet, and a little under his neck, what is the best way to treat this? Can I use antifungal products which are marketed for fish?Thanks in advance, Taleria
