Python constipation. Francis, any idea?

My friend's python ate 2 saturdays ago n till now, it haven't pass bowel! this saturday will be the 2nd week. I went to look at it, and well...... its shredding soon, the eyes are blur. and its busy sleeping. any tips for its poor worried owner? I never experience this myself, so i have no say.
