I ve lived in Indonesia for one year and a half and I bought my iguanas there.Near Pondok Indah mall, in Jakarta there is a market on the streets where they sell all the animals you can imagine.Beautiful adult iguanas, turtles, everything!The name is Barito market.If they don't have what you want you can order.I did that with my female iguana.
In Plaza M you can find petsnakes(in the ground floor they used to have an exposition of pets including petsnakes).
Near Taman Angrek there is a small shopping center(I forgot the name!)with a lot of pets shops.They also sell petsnakes.I saw beautiful ones there!

ey..i guess if u staying arround jakarta u will get easier to get reptile..hmm..u right..many people in indonesia still love reptiles.. at least u one of them...good luck
