umm to be quite honest id say you'd be better off finding burito i think it is - a well known bird market here.. i know the one in south jakarta, theres one in east jakarta you can buy anything in these places - i mean ANYTHING. i got my green tree from there, i've seen iguanas and all sorts around the place... dont think theres a herp shop, indonesians arent really into snakes and etc quite so much as westerners. i've seen lizards for sale in the appliance store, but i dont know too much about them and it might pay to find out what chameleon is in indonesian before you go on your search.
