Ordering books from Barnes & Noble.com

Hi guys!

I need your help here. About 10 weeks ago, I ordered 1 book each from Amazon and Barnes & Noble respectively. Amazon promised their book within 10 to 30 days and it arrived on 11th day. Good for them!

However, B & N promised me theirs between 4 - 10 weeks and until now, nothing has arrived. My enquiries and reminders for their replies have not been answered saved for their 1st two replies 6 weeks ago. I recently sent a reminder 3 days ago but again no reply. What a cheese-off!!

I'd appreciate your feedback on your experiences with B & N? Also, who can I contact for refund if they choose not to respond to my e-mail? Thanks a lot.
