Since you mentioned tanks, I assume it definitely isn't meant to house any of the giant breeds, otherwise you'd need cages.

My friend customizes his own covers by using wire meshing. How fine or how strong the mesh would depend very much on the strength of the snake. As an additional precaution, it'll help to weigh the cover down.

If you aren't much into DIY, any competent carpenter should be able to do the job. Hopefully, this information will be of help.

: Hi just wondering how to make suitable covers for tanks that do not come with the covers? And how does one make the cover snake proof so that it doesn't escape? Thanks.
