Am I unwittingly the owner of a highly venomous snake?!!!

Hi everyone,

I currently live in Indonesia, and have just aquired what can only be described as a rainbow snake. It has a small, cobra-like head, it's black on top and white underneath. When you look at it in the light, it has a beautiful rainbow colouring running down the lenght of its body. It's currently less than a metre in length, and the guy I bought it from said it can grow up to 1m50

What this snake is?
