Congrats on the new frogs. First, warm them up. They'll like 78-80ish by day and 72-75ish at night better then room temp. Try a heat lamp, but watch the temp and humidity. Second, I'd add a water dish for them each. They use it to adjust their temp and humidity as well as drinking. Lastly, try Ed's Flymeat for FF's and supplies.
