do a cup of apple sauce
:
::2 very, very ripe bananas
::Cheapest sweetened apple sauce you can find,
::50/50 vinegar and water solution (warm it up a little, not cold & not hot)
::1/4 cup of dark molasses.....
::1.5 tbs of active dry yeast and mix very well.
::add instant mashed potato flakes
::put in cups, and sprinkle a bit more yeast on top
:could you be more specific for people like me...
:how much apple sause a quart jar, a pint. how much potato flakes...
:everyone gives recipes but doesn't give mesurements to everything for dummys like me. also i could break down the recipe to make smaller cultures than the normal 32 oz. everyone seems to make.

:i like the smaller cutures so when i have a crash i don't lose 32 oz. worth of culture.
