Hi!
My name is Lukasz. I live in Poland and I am a snake breeder. I am new to amphibians - my first group (6 semi adults Dendrobates auratus) is on the way.
I will have the frogs end of may - I would like to prepare for it and build good vivarium.
I plan an enclosure 4 x 2 x 2 feet, all glass, double bottom with a waterfall and small, shallow river.
Do you think that it will be ok for 6 adult frogs?
Do you have any suggestions?
I have read all caresheets and looked hundreds of vivariums pictures, but just would like to have some indut from people having these frogs.
The vivarium will be placed in my snake room - there is constant temperature there, 25 C (76-77 F) during a day and 22-23 C (about 72-73 F) during the night. I think that additional heat is not required - I will place a water heater just in case:)
Please, give me your comments on this - or maybe you have some pictures of your vivariums - similar in size, so I could get some ideas.
Best regards
Lukasz
