Hi,
1. Thats not a bad night temperature, but I'd try for 4 or degrees higher in the daytime (depending on the species). I have an incandesant fixture with a night bulb (one of those purple things thats supposed to look like moonlight). I leave it on all the time. I vary the wattage during the year - higher in winter lower in summer.
2. Sounds good.
3. I'd wait till at least Saturday and try to wait till Sunday. I know, if your like me you're dying to move them to their new home. Plants can be sensitive to the last Silicon too.
