:My imitators 1 male and two females have a total of five tads in bromeliad cups but have been on such a breeding and egg-laying frenzy, they appear to have forgotten all about their oldest baby and haven't been feeding him. They are feeding the others. I have been supplementing by feeding him some crushed Tetramin flakes and powdered spirulina. An occasonal fruit fly gets in and drowns, as well. He seems to be eating this mixture and I'm doing a bit of extra careful rinsing each day to keep the water fresh. Should I be feeding him anything else, or perhaps just mind my own business, since it was my decision to let them raise their own kids their way because I figured they know more about it than I do? I also thought of stealing some of the many eggs in packets they have been laying all over the place on leaves and feeding these to him, but haven't done this.

Hi,
I usually take out the tads and feed them spirulina and fish flakes. They will morph out bigger if they aren't left to the parents from what I have read.I have 8 froglets now so it works.I also have 9 more tads but I do have 1 in a brom that I am letting them feed infertile eggs but the thing about mine is they don't lay when they are raising one, just lay eggs for the tad to feed on.
