I used Leca in both of those tanks. I have been using Lava rocks with similar results. The leca I got from a Hydroponics store in my area, the lava rock from Home Depot. The mid level in the big tank is a big grape wood log. The other tank is acually all one level, I just mounted cork bark planters on the background.

:i noticed there are levels in your tank. i wanted to ask you what type of rocks do you use for the different formations you got going. i read in an article last month bout using mexican lava rock. what is yours? and where do you get it? thank you soooo mucho!
