The floresant tubes you want to buy dont have to be from the pet store. Go to Home depot or Lowes or a large chain store of that sort. Look for tubes in the Garden center. You need the lights for the plants not really the frogs. Frogs can be kept in rack systems without a problem. remeber Plants need to be green and those garden tubes are the best for them. They work great for both because they bring out color and meet all the needs for the plants. Do yourselves a favor and dont go to the petshop and buy those tubes unless u wanna spend money on crap. here are some lights you should be looking for and let me know if you find any.

General Electric: Spectra Rays Full Spectrum Fluorescent Tubes

Hydrofarm ArgoSun: Full Spectrum Fluorescent Tubes

and Verilux Fluorescent Full Spectrum Fluorescent Tubes

you will not be disapointed with any of these, neither will you plants or pets........let me know how much they cost in retail stores......... online they cost about 13-20 each.
