Tanks for azureus

I am getting some azureus in the future but was wondering what was better for them, a 29 gallon or a 25 gallon? I am probably going to get a 29 gallon so I was wondering how many azureus I could keep ina 29 gallon? Also, what kind of light should I get? One of those reef lights or what? Thanks
