many of the frogs recommended for beginers start at $20-$30 such as auratus. There are more expensive frogs that are good beginner frogs such galactonotus ($60-$90 depending on who you buy from).

:the frogs can cost any where from $30 up to $150 or better a peice. And it will cost a couple hundred to get all the supplies needed. im still looking to get a couple too. just still researching and checking prices.
