What type of frog is this?

I saw a question posted on a mailing list is am on asking what type of frog this is. Some guy said it was a black Auratus but i say there is no way that is what it is.

Let me know what you think it is?

P.S. if the pic does not show take a look at the link i could not get the gallery on kingsnake to take it for some reason?
