Frog Sex

I have 2 Green and Bronze .. they seem to be sub-adults but I constantlly find them ontop of each other . Is this too young to breed? And if they do ( theyre unsexed to me I cant tell them apart ) what type of conditions should they have available if the one gets pregnant?
