FF Media recipe, a winner !

After concocting all types of trial media, I found one recipe that seems to work best for me. Every time I deviate a little from this, my production goes down. I figured I'd share with you guys.

Try this:

2 very ripe bananas
1 cup Apple Sauce
1 cup of water
1 cup vinegar
30 ml of molasses
1 Heaping Table spoon of yeast
Instant Mashed potatoes (enough for a good, but still very moist consistency)

sprinkle a little yeast on top
