I just wanted to recommend this species to people who are looking for a great frog. In my opinion they are one of the most overlooked in the hobby. Phyllobates Aurotaenia are one of the three most poisonous frogs in their wild state.
My Auro's have a jet black body with neon green stripes and blue spotted legs and belly. They are great to look at.
They eat extremely well for a reasonably small frog, almost snapping at their prey like a crocodile. They are undermanding as arrow frogs go.
A truly great frog.
