If temperature gets to hot is there any way to cool it down?

i plan to keep my darts in my bedroom in the upper portion of our house. it stays warmer up the, well becuase heat rises. it isnt a problem during summer or winter just spring and fall when we open the windows and turn the ac/heater off.

sometimes it can get a little warm. And i want to know is there any way i can set up a fan or something that turns on if the temperature reaches x degree.

is this possible?
