Nope, the anole I remember looked, at first, very unambiguous. It looked like your basic, generic anole. Same proportions, same bsic green color(although it did change faster than normal anoles ) the head was not as long in proportion to the body, as it is in A.carolinensis(sp?). I saw GIANT anoles at a recent show that reminded me of it. It also had reduced lamelle on its toes.
