Your female isn't definitely accepting the male. The male wants to mate since it's a breeding season, but the female's not ready. You'll have to wait for a little while. If you leave the male or the female in the same cage like this, one of your anole's going to get hurt, and might possibly die. I suggest you to seperate them, and after a little while, try putting male into female's cage. She'll accept it very soon, so don't worry.
