Spraying is a method that has two advantages:
- Helps with humidity
- Droplets the Anoles tend to drink

Misting during the waking hours is often appreciated when done gently. This allows them to drink if they want to. This is why I prefer a pressure mister, for a light, almost fog like mist that my Anoles never ran from or were startled by.
