black circles on anoles back????

my lil guy got black circles with dark green small rim on his otherwise tan back.
i have a larger one ,an the lill guys 2 weeks in with him?
i had heard that down south millions died this year from some un mentioned illness ,this lill guy was the first returning to the store, i fear ..help me if you can.......ty wardx
