This migt sound a little grotesque, but I suggest you to try it. It had worked for me. First, don't feed your anoles for several days. Starve them a little until they get hungry. Then, when they seemed to be hungry enough to eat anything, feed them crickets. This'll fix the problem. Don't starve them long enough or else they'll die.
