he propably has metallic bone disease, its when he has unsufficient calcium in his body, or bones. Dust the crickets and mealworms everyday with repcal or any other herp calcium products, and let him bask under some uv rays. Where do you live? If its hot outside, then put him in a container of some sort (NOT glass), and let him bask under the sun, i heard it helps.
