:how many eggs are in a clutch and how long is the incubation period for them?

:cc

I've seen anywhere from as few as 3 to as many as 9 eggs in a clutch. That seems nearly entirely dependent on the size, age, experience and general health of the female. Sometimes the first clutch for a female is only 3 or 4 eggs, then the next year and subsequent years she'll lay 8 or 9. You may be able to double-clutch them, I've never tried. Normal incubation period at 80 to 85 degrees F. is from 66 to 72 days...but sometimes may run as much as 75 days.

The babies can be a little bit of work to get started. There's a lot of information already posted in this forum regarding that subject.
