not to keen on drinking

hello,
i have a 3 year old GBK and she has been hibernating for 20 days now. I have tried to rouse her twice to drink water and she will not have it. Whenever should I start to be concerned. When I rouse her she seems alert and she appears to be in otherwise good health.
