as you can see, my male striped alterna grabbed a hopper by the tail and pinned it up against the side of tank...i guess he was using a "knee choke hold"..hahah... in the many years i have kept snakes, i have fed hundreds if not thousands of mice...NOT ONE has ever been constricted with so much style! LOL
