too early to for a long nap???

I have a 3 year old GBK who has been off feed for 4 weeks. I live in southern wisconsin and it is getting quite cool outside. I have gradually declined the temps in her tank to room temperature (~67 degrees) and I have covered the tank with blankets to prevent 90% of the light to reach the tank. I have a spot in my basement that has temps that range from 50-58 degrees and that is where I will brumate.

My question is, is it to early (Nov 11) to put her into brumation for ~3 months? I would like to get her in there asap so she gets less active and doesn't loose much more body fat.
