URGENT help needed. I think female is eggbound.

I have a grey band that already laid eggs this season. But she double clutched last year and looks huge now. Is there anything I can do to help her. I do not want to lose her. I have an area with vermiculite in her cage a hide box that is completely dark and seperated from the cage that has moist moss in it. What else can I do?
