Basically the way the thing works is that if you are dealing with an animal that is on the list then the rules still apply as they did before. A final version will be out shortly, hopefully with the language cleaned up making it simplier to understand. This applies for commercial and for private collection in numbers of 10 of any species or an agregate of 25. ( again only if they are on the list )But a lot of the colubrids etc have been removed. You still need the required hunting permit to field collect anything, but not the Non-game permit to own or sell the delisted animals of which the alterna is one.
