I have been working on a very comprehensive locality study on a Pan-African level at varanids of this continent. If you have encountered any species of varanus in Africa, or elsewhere, Please email me. I am interested in habitat, behaviors observed, elevation, soil substrate, any and everything you may recall interested me re: varanid encounter. Thank you very much, mkb.
