My sister has a phobia of snakes and thought she had finally got away from mambas, cobras, and puff adders when she moved from southern Sudan to Zambia this year. Unfortunately, when she got home from a work-related trip her neighbour (a local) informed her that a Mozambiquan spitting cobra had taken up residence in a hole under her front porch. Is there such a snake? How does it differ from other spitting cobras? Any advice on getting rid of it? She's already had to deal with a nest of African killer bees in her roof so any helpful information you could provide would be much appreciated!
