: out ther can answer..when I first got my african spur thigh
: who is now only bout 8 months old he wasnt in
: the best of health after I nursed him back to health he quickly gained a HUGGEEEE
: appetite and was eating like crazzzzzzzZZYyyy..now
: he barely eats much of anything and I havent changed
: the cage or the temperatures at all ...also...when I
: had originally brought him home he had bubbles that would
: form on his eyes when he would open them..as soon as I got
: him home that went away..but has now returned...also
: he does a startled motion where he pulls his head
: in really quickly almost like he is sneezing but
: there is no discharge of any kind...I have never
: owned a tortiose before this..and he wasnt healthy when I first
: got him so its hard to tell when he is sick and
: when he isnt...cuz I really dont kow how he acts and his real personality.

Kandi, if its not too late, try feeding your tortoise fluker tortoise diet to get him eating again. tortoises love this food and i never had a tortoise that did'nt eat it. re-evaluate your enclosure, if its too small he may be stressed. once he starts eating again, give him grass, weeds, and clovers.
