List of amphibian disease associated with decline

I am working on a paper discussing the role of amphibian disease associated with, or responsible for amphibian decline. I have been unable to find a listing of all known diseases in wild amphibians so I am trying to compile one myself. I would like to list everything from Aeromonas hydrophila to chytridiomycosis and even into iridoviruses and trematodes. If anyone knows of a source in a scientific journal or even a website that contains a compilation amphibian diseases, I would appreciate it.
