:i would like to keep working with animals, especially reptiles. For this i need a biology degree, but i would also like to do some field studies. Does any one know af some colleges that offer these programs. thanks for your help

if you live in California you are in luck.

California Polytechnic University at Pomona has an excellent Biology and Zoology program. there are good herp classes and several professors there who actively do field research on herps.

California State University at Northridge is also a great school, rumor has it they are starting up a herpetology emphasis on their biology and zoology degrees because some new hot shot herpetologist is now teaching there, his name evades me right now, but he's really good from what i've heard.

maybe some schools in Florida too, but im not too sure on that.
