Wondering about reptile breeding for a living?

Hi my name is Dean i am a junior in high school and interested in becoming a reptile breeder. I was wondering if i need special schooling to become a breeder or could i just become an apprentice with a breeder after high school. I would like to work for a large breeder rather than start my own buisness. If you have any information i would really appreciate it. Thank you very much Dean
