The report above contained several errors as first reported..
Joe was born 15 November 1963 in New York city, and so was 38 years old.
He was bitten at approximately 7am (Burmese time) on 11 Sept and died at approximately 1 am on 12 Sept.
A memorial service is pending in San Francisco, a memorial scholorship award is currently being set up through CNAH.
